How long does this program take to complete?
Approximately 3-6 hours depending on your choice of Product or Install Track and
How do I submit industry credits I’ve earned?
Now you can sign in to the Chief Certification dashboard and download a copy of your
official Chief Certification transcript to submit to InfoComm, CEDIA, DSEG or AIA
for credit. Remember, you must complete all classes in a market module to earn industry
Do I need to renew my certification each year?
No. Once you complete the program, you’re a Chief Certified Partner for life! But
you can always come back and take new courses as they’re available.
Do I have to complete the training all at once?
No. Once you complete a module and take the quiz, you can log out. When you log
back in, your dashboard will let you know what you have completed and what modules
you have left to take.
How does the point system work?
Users earn Chief points for every module completed. To become a Chief Certified
Partner, you must earn 200 points. Continue with your training and you’ll receive
rewards at 600 and 1,200 points.
How many industry renewal units are possible through this program?
The Chief Certification Program is accredited for 12.5 CTS RUs from InfoComm, 8.25
CEDIA CEUs, 2 Digital Signage Experts Group Credits and 1 American Institute of

A broadband internet connection, a modern web browser (We recommend a minimum of
Internet Explorer 8, Firefox 3, Safari 4 or Google Chrome), and Adobe Flash Player
9 or above.
